Get your body moving and keep it moving. You don’t want to spend most of your time with low-intensity workouts while you have results to get! Try to limit the amount of time you are wasting at the gym and stay productive and persistant.

If you are looking to beef up or stay lean you have to boost the intensity of your workouts. Be sure to keep it up at the gym and really work towards building up the effectiveness of your workout
3. Stay Hydrated
If you are hitting the cardio machines hard or if you are doing some lifting, be sure to stay hydrated during that time. You don’t want to overdo it and exhaust yourself.
